Vacation rentals with parking in St. Petersburg

6 homes in St. Petersburg list on-site parking in the property manager's records. Each card repeats the parking line exactly as it is recorded, so free and paid parking are described in the provider's words and nothing is added. 29 more qualifying homes in nearby towns are listed apart below, each with its own city.

How we choose these homes: a home is listed only when the amenity list in its provider record includes parking on the premises, with a garage, or private parking. Street parking and parking off the premises do not count, and rooms are never listed. The wording on each card is the provider's own. We do not work out whether parking is free or paid, and we do not state a number of spaces.

What these homes are

  • Listed capacity runs from 2 to 5 guests.
  • Some are open-plan with no separate bedroom, and the largest has 2 bedrooms.
  • These homes are in Arcadian Heights and Lealman.
  • The property manager records Free parking, Wi-Fi, Kitchen and Pets allowed on more than half of them. Check an individual home for what it actually has.
  • Guests have left 38 four- and five-star reviews on Airbnb for these homes. That is a count, not an average.
  • Capacity is the maximum number of occupants the property manager lists. It does not promise a separate bed or bedroom for each guest.

Before you book

Is parking free?

It depends on the home. Each card shows the parking amenity as the provider records it, and the wording says whether it is free or paid where the provider says so. Check that line before you book.

How many cars can I park?

The provider's amenity list does not give a number of spaces, so this page does not state one for any home.

Why is a home I expected not listed?

Only homes whose amenity list includes on-site parking are shown. A home with only street parking, or no parking amenity recorded, is not listed here.

How do I see the price for my dates?

Open a home and enter your check-in, check-out and guest count. The booking form checks those dates and shows the stay total, including cleaning, fees and taxes. Cards on this page show no price because a price only means something for dates.
