“A great place to call 'home' for our week exploring FL. The host was patient with my queries as I planned. The house is well laid out, comfortably decorated, and the dock is the show piece! The shower in the master suite has a head that Kosmo Kramer would envy! Each morning I'd enjoy a quick run around the cul de sac streets as the sidewalk did not extend along the main lake road. The kitchen is adequately equipped, the farm table nook was perfect for our family of 6 (w/ 3 under7). Our day began in comfort enjoying the wild birds and squirrels. Beach towels & coolers were used on our adventures TY. The W/D & grill were appreciated amenities!! We loved coming back to watch the kids play in the lake while we enjoyed the stunning sunsets. We recommend Bonnet Springs Park for a kids day, though we traveled far each day to explore as much as we could including Gulf & Atlantic beaches, a Sea Turtle Hospital, Kennedy Sp Ctr, & Everglades NP. We loved our visit! TY!”

Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
