EscapeStays at https://stay.luxurylodgingpm.com is the direct booking site for vacation rental homes managed by Luxury Lodging Host LLC and its affiliated owners and managers ("we", "us"). This policy covers this site, its booking and payment flow, and the tools we provide to AI assistants. It does not cover the separate marketing sites at luxurylodgingpm.com and luxurylodginghost.com, which have their own policy.

To create, confirm and support a reservation, prevent fraud, and evidence a booking if a payment is disputed, we collect:

If you submit your details to receive an offer or be contacted, we collect your email address, and your name, phone number and destination of interest if you give them, along with the page and campaign that brought you, your IP address, browser user agent and approximate location.

We measure how the booking flow is used so we can find where it fails. A random identifier is stored in your browser, together with the source that brought you to us, such as a search engine, an AI assistant or a campaign. We record steps such as searching, viewing a property, getting a price and starting checkout.

This measurement never includes your name, email address, phone number or what you type into a search. It is switched off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, or when you opt out on this site. Measurement events are deleted after 90 days.

We provide a Model Context Protocol server so AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude can search our homes, check availability and get a price on your behalf. An assistant sends us the details of the search, such as a place, dates, number of guests and features you want. We return public information about our homes and live prices. The server does not receive, and cannot take, your name, contact details or payment, and it cannot book for you: you complete any booking on this site.

We record which assistant made a request and which tool it used, so we can tell whether the service works. We do not receive the rest of your conversation with the assistant; that is governed by the assistant provider's own privacy policy. Booking links an assistant gives you are tagged with the assistant's name so that, if you book, we can see which assistant referred you.

This site also has a chat assistant. Messages you send it are passed to an AI model provider, through OpenRouter, to generate replies. We do not store chat transcripts. Please do not share payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

We send booking confirmations and messages about your stay by email, delivered through Resend. We send marketing email only where you have agreed to receive it, and every marketing email lets you unsubscribe.

We share information only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell personal information.

We keep reservation, payment and agreement records for as long as needed to provide the stay, meet accounting, tax and legal obligations, and respond to payment disputes and chargebacks, which can arise months after a stay. Measurement events are deleted after 90 days. Offer and marketing records are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to reservations@luxurylodgingstr.com. We may need to keep some records despite a deletion request, for example where the law requires it or a payment dispute is open. You can opt out of site measurement at any time and unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Bookings must be made by an adult.
