The house was amazing and the biggest highlights during our stay was the home itself and all the details in each room, the pool of course and games for our kids.

Their hospitality was truly amazing! The outdoor kitchen area was perfect and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and feel right at home. This was the perfect place for a summer time getaway away, we only wish we had more time to spend there! “The house had a pleasant, fresh scent when we arrived, and both the pool and hot tub were well-maintained. Occasionally, a few leaves would fall in with the breeze, but we managed to keep them out while enjoying the pool thanks to the net. Indian Rocks Beach was the closest option, though it had an hourly parking fee. Sand Key Park, slightly farther away, charged a one-time parking fee. There were plenty of dining options and activities nearby.”

“We had a great stay here while celebrating our daughter’s college graduation! The location was great and very close to the beach. It was a bit farther from the graduation ceremony in Tampa than we realized, but that was completely on us for not checking the distance more carefully. We had a large family group staying together, and the house had plenty of space for everyone. We hosted a cookout on Saturday after graduation, and the outdoor area was perfect. Everyone really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, grill, and pool table. The bedrooms comfortably accommodated our whole group, and the house was clean and well maintained, quiet neighborhood. Overall, it was a great place for a family celebration and beach getaway!”

We did have a couple of complications with our stay, however Bre and Parker were phenomenal hosts on making it right and did not hesitate to offer assistance with our stay. What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
