“I really enjoyed my stay here! Parking was a little tight but easy to access the property! Super clean place! I found myself wishing I had a fan for the bathroom as my unit had no vent or airflow to the bathroom so it stayed very hot and stuffy. I also got locked out for over an hour at 1 in the morning because my pin stopped working on the door randomly. Totally understand it wasn’t the hosts fault and as it was 1 am it took a little time to gain access again but host was super helpful in giving me another code! I would 100% recommend this spot to friends and family and plan on staying again:)”

“Central location, right off a main busy road . The courtyard needs some maintenance. Inside was very clean , comfortable bed , nice shower . The Only window was in the bathroom and covered with nice vinyl film to block view so neighbors cannot see in . No internet , the site they gave was not available and they were not able to help me gain access. parking was a challenge, extremely tight , twice when I was not able to park, they were able to rectify it in 45 minutes of waiting outside and finally able to get my car parked. Over all a nice clean , quiet good location.”

“The place was as described and overall clean and comfortable. Parking was a bit challenging; the designated spaces are narrow, street parking is limited, and parking in the back of the property was somewhat inconvenient. The shower water pressure was lacking due to the waterfall-style shower head, and the setup may not be ideal for taller guests. At night, the AC unit did not effectively heat the space, so the unit stayed quite cold despite wearing warm clothes and using blankets. That said, overall it was a good stay, and the location was a big plus with plenty of food and shopping options within one mile.”

Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
