“6 West, unit 5 was even better than the pictures. It was beautiful, chic and very clean. The king size mattress and master bedroom was so comfortable. My daughter and I slept great. The location is great. There are six units that surround the beautiful pool with water fountain. There is also an outdoor fireplace and tiki hut. The beach is only 25 steps away. The area got hit hard by two hurricanes last year and you can't even tell. They dredged sand at the beach, and it is a full beach to lay out on. The beach is beautiful with a lot of seashells. My daughter & I enjoyed watching the sunsets. Location, location location!!!! This condo/until was close to St. Johns Pass Village with a lot of restaurants and shops. The hosts were amazing and always checking-in to see if there was anything they can do. We will be back.”

“This place is a hidden gem. My husband and I only stayed one night and wished we had more time to stay longer . The cottage was immaculate and clean. We had the best night sleep. The pool area and landscaping around are beautiful. Nighttime around the pool was the perfect place to relax . There are many restaurants and shopping close by. The beach is literally out the back gate (just a quick 3-5 minute walk). The host was responsive and quick to answer any questions we had . We highly recommend staying. What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
