“truely steps away from the beach. I took myself, my mother and 4 children (2 teens and 2 kid kids lol) the walk was an easy walk for my mother and the beach access was extremely convenient. I way over packed, this home had everything you could need for the beach (we didnt need any of it but still thought it was nice!) The only thing I will note, is parking was not fun with a minivan. when we first parked, we were the only guests so It was very easy to get in and pull out, however when we came back from dinner, there was a guest that was parked crooked in the 1st space, and it made parking my minivan very difficult and I felt so bad for the OTHER car that was to my other side. but it was a full lot and I had no where else to go....so.. I guess, dont be that kind of inconsiderate guest if you plan to stay here. park within the lines! its a great get away place and will totally be coming back, without my kids. 10/10”

It is in the perfect location— pool right outside the front door, the beach just a few steps across a parking lot out the back gate, and the pier with tons of restaurants and shops just a quick 10-15 min walk down the street (or down the beach). We loved that we didn’t need to use a car the whole trip. The pool is shared with just a few other units, so we pretty much always had it to ourselves when we were out there. Great find!”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
