Welcome to LAKESIDE RETREAT 4-plex, situated on a ⅓ acre next to Lake Seminole. Enjoy the perks of a private resort with amenities like a lakefront pool, a gazebo, and a cozy fire pit. The property is a 15-min drive to popular beaches, John’s Pass, and the Lake Seminole Park boat ramp.

The outdoor space is really the key to why you’ll love this place! In the backyard we have a BBQ grill, a fire pit, a large pool (7 feet depth), a shaded picnic area, and a raised gazebo- right on charming Lake Seminole!
The gazebo offers picturesque views of the lake and the entire backyard, perfect for cool drinks and catching up- while keeping an eye on the smaller vacationers playing in the pool.
Beside the gazebo there’s a lovely picnic area under the shade of a large banyan tree where you can watch the boats drift by. At the other edge, you’ll find the fire pit. Bring some firewood and s’mores to fully utilize this spot, or appreciate it as it is under the swaying palm trees.

“This home was beautiful. The house may not seem nice from the outside and neighborhood, but the inside was gorgeous. It may have been renovated recently, but we loved all the themes of all the units. We have 4 families traveling together and it worked out perfect for us because everyone had their own unit. The upstairs was gorgeous and so spacious. That was the teenager hang out as it was private for them. The only thing that I would have to say to be negative is: the locks were hard to manage-due to it being touch screen and just finicky. Another is the sheets upstairs in one of the rooms had hair like it wasn’t cleaned. Lastly the pool was awesome but it was also dirty due to no covers-so that may be the reason why. There was also 3 units that had laundry. That was very convienent!!! Overall, if we were to travel back to that area, it’s a nice house to be in.”

If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge.
