“We had a fantastic stay and weren’t ready to leave. The cottage has just a few units, all sharing the beautiful pool area which has a high top umbrella table, lounge chairs, and a sofa to relax and enjoy the day or night. Listing photos were EXACTLY what we got. The rental unit itself was clean, tidy and well decorated.. something simple and cozy. Just STEPS to the beach, it might have taken 20 seconds to walk out the back gate and to the beach. We were in Unit 2 which has a view of the beach from the bedroom window, and we could clearly see our rental from the beach. If I could have picked this rental and outdoor space up.. and brought it back to NY with me, I would have. The walk to John’s Pass might be 5 mins at most, and the walk north to “downtown” Madeira Beach was more like 10/15 mins. A great location if you’re looking for a quiet getaway that’s close to the beach, food and activities. Great for individual travelers, couples, or larger groups. Communicative host as well!”

“Let me start by saying… I can not find one down side or negative thing to say. I frequent Madeira and treasure island quite a bit and have stayed in many places and these cottages were perfect! We had a quick 2 night stay in between some family visits and decided to extend our stay and came across this property and it truly is a hidden gem! Literally steps to the beach, 6 minute walk to Johns pass, the cottage itself is a great space that felt perfectly cozy and just like home. I love absolutely everything about it and will def be looking to stay again in the future. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and so sweet with our interactions. I think we found our home away from home!”

“First time visiting Madeira Beach, this Bungalow was exactly as represented. The Tiki motif felt tropical, gated entries are safe, Walk right over to the Beach! Recommend walking to Corner Kichen Coffee for Breakfast, Lisa's Brunch and every evening the best Dinners and Sunsets at John's Village shops & Boardwalk. Cottage was stocked for 2 Guests comfortably. Being Cold, TRULY appreciated the heated Pool 👙🌞 Nightly, used the outdoor seating and firepit which was a treat. Flight delayed our arrival after Midnight, but no issue, just keep touching the door lock until it " Chirps" at you when using your Code. If you can enjoy quaint, clean lodging & don't mind meeting new guests staying in the other 5 Cottages, I highly recommend this adorable property!!”

Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout.
