Is this the same place I see on Airbnb?
Yes. Direct booking lets you avoid extra platform fees, enjoy secure checkout, and keep more of your budget for the moments that matter.
Why is it cheaper to book here?
Airbnb adds a guest service fee to each booking. When you book direct, that fee is removed and the savings stay with you.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, and your card details are never seen or stored by us.
What if I need to cancel?
For stays booked more than 30 days ahead, you can choose a refundable rate: free cancellation until a date 30 days before check-in. If you cancel by then, everything you paid is refunded automatically except the card processing fee, which is non-refundable. It costs a little more, and the booking form shows the total for each option. The standard rate is non-refundable.
Why do you check ID?
First-time guests complete a quick ID and selfie check through Stripe, which takes about 2 minutes. It keeps our homes and our guests safe from stolen cards and fake bookings. You have 24 hours from booking (2 hours if you arrive within 2 days). If it is not completed, the booking is cancelled with a full refund.
