“The unit was perfect for our needs! It was a great neighborhood and easily walkable! The upstairs neighbors were a little loud some mornings but that can’t really be helped! Overall the unit was exactly as shown in the photos and was a comfortable stay.”

When the water pressure system unexpectedly had an issue, they were quick to step in, kind throughout the whole situation, and made sure we were taken care of. It’s rare to find a host who handles hiccups with such grace. The space is ideal for a group of three, comfortable, functional, and a great home base. We’d happily stay here again!”

“Booked this place to go to a concert and a game at Wrigley over a long weekend. Located in a peaceful neighborhood that’s in close proximity to Wrigley and Boystown. If the weather had been better we would have walked to the Cubs game honestly! It’s also super easy to get downtown from here by taking the train. If you’re driving parking is really easy as well. Host is really responsive and proactive with communication. We had everything we needed for our stay and then some, and it was super clean upon arrival. The washer/dryer are a great benefit too if you’re staying longer. The rules and cleaning expectations are incredibly reasonable! This is out of the host’s control but want to flag that it seems like there are other airbnbs in the building so you might hear people above you - not an issue if you have sleep headphones. Overall a great homebase for a long weekend in Chicago!”

Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
