“We had a great trip and stay at this property! We enjoyed sitting on the porch throughout the day and there were plenty of chairs. We had a lot of space in the house and it was the perfect size for our group of 11. The dock was perfect for the boat as well as for jumping off and playing in the water.”

“We had a great time and the accommodations were perfect for our large family gathering. We did miss some items since we stayed for 5 days, we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We did find a local market that carried all of these items and were able to easily get them. I think they were missing a large skillet and we could have used more dish towels. I would recommend that they wash the linens in scent free detergent as some of our family is sensitive to the Gain scented detergent. The house is beautiful and the location perfect. It was just the right size for our family.”

The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
