“The apartment was gorgeous, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood across from a natural location. It was close to the airport right where we needed to be in the office. Space was good for work area to be set up in utilized. There wasn’t any noise around us and the neighborhood felt very safe. The only thing I caution is that the guests would be going up three flights of stairs with no access to an elevator, which may not be good for someone with health issues carrying luggage upstairs to get to the apartment.”

“I found the apartment very clean and comfortable, plenty of kitchen appliances and bathroom towels etc. I had a lot of heavy luggage as I was in Chicago for a trade show at the convention centre- the lack of a lift made getting to the apartment a little tricky but I obviously hadn’t checked to see if there was a lift before I booked (so totally not their fault). I enjoyed sitting on the little balcony with a coffee in the mornings. Very clear instructions and responsive hosts.”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
