“The Airbnb was very nice on the inside. The outside was originally questionable, but once I got in, everything was perfectly fine. There is a ton of noise from the neighbors and kids screaming so if peace and quiet is what you were looking for, this may not be the best option. For the price, it was well worth it, the house was very clean. I would definitely recommend getting the tiles grouted and a few little things fixed around the place, but none of it was a problem or gave me a negative feeling. My only complaint is the lockbox location is bad and not real easy to find, and you have to walk through the mud to get to it if it’s been raining like it was. I would definitely stay there again though. Parking was a nightmare that was really the biggest drawback out of everything. Thanks again!”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
