“When we got to the place , we thought everything looked great. But when our kids took off their shoes we found out floors had not been cleaned yet. The bathroom curtains had mold and tubs were not scrubbed. They did communicate well and ordered new shower curtains immediately and got them the next day and cleaning lady came to clean tub. In the living room the remote control wasn’t there and under the beds it was dirty. I do want to appreciate immensely how great the communication and help was . Everything else was great. Would come stay again”

Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
