The location on Michigan Avenue in Chicago was exceptional for the price, including a neighboring Columbia College Art and Music studio, as well as easy accessibility to all the "big" features along the Avenue. Both the lobby and my room were very secure and very clean. Please be sure to read the listing carefully so that you understand the type of stay it is, and you will not be disappointed. There were several amenities that I was not expecting on the property as well, including well-maintained and stocked bathing facilities, a central kitchentte, and generous electronic ports in my room. I was unsure what the noise level might be as with any hotel/stay, but the quiet hours and room were extremely cozy and I slept perfectly. I would absolutely stay here again and I loved everything about it.”

Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
