“I had a great time here! Management team was very helpful and nice. Initially arrived early for luggage drop off but staff allowed me to check in at the time. Fresh linens bathroom was clean. Nice balcony with bug screen net. I did find couple dead insects and spider webs in corners of the floor initially but it just comes with tropical weather. I was in Hilo for 3+ months and stayed here for my last week. Truly highlight of my time on Big Island. Can walk to multiple beaches so I highly recommend going for sunrise watch or sunrise run if u are active like me. Only downside would be lacking laundry but that is in the description so you know what you signed up for. The portable hot stove could be updated but other appliances were in pretty good conditions. Full size fridge was sparkling clean as well! Overall, i would definitely stay here if I come to Hilo again!”

Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
