“I loved relaxing on the super peaceful side porch and drinking coffee out there each morning. Several times we walked the easy half mile to downtown for restaurants and shopping. We were so thankful for the large parking area behind the house since we had 4 cars- that was nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms large and cozy. We had plenty of room to spread out with two very large sitting rooms and a large dining room table. We did not cook in the house but thoroughly enjoyed all the restaurants nearby. Highly recommend the Kennedy, a quick 15-minute walk away.”

The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
