“First time ever saying in the basement of someone’s home. It was different hearing other guest upstairs but I must say it was pretty peaceful. 2 split home Airbnb is a great ideal and we’re taking notes for our Airbnb. Limited amenities but that was perfect for the space for guest. Both K and Peter was responsive before our stay, during and after. Home was clean and I love the privacy entry locks on the bedroom doors. More than Enough parking. Easy entry to the home when you arrive. Neighborhood was pretty nice and tons of food places within 20 minutes or less. This was a turnaround trip for my family but we definitely will stay again. Thanks Jessica and Peter!”

“I really have a hard time being in hotels and arbnb's cause I never feel comfortable. So i would toss and turn and wake up every hour of the night. But as soon as i layed on the couch I fell asleep and I was woken up by my alarm on my phone at the next morning it surprised me cause i didn't wake up the whole night. and seriously that was the best sleep I had in months. It felt like i never left home. This place was enough room for me and my family we enjoyed it so much. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
