“This place was amazing. We got started late and checked in extremely late and Olivia was very responsive and we had no issues getting in. She even told us that if we had any issues, they were available 24/7. The place was wonderful and huge. The set up was great even the closed in back porch. The fire pit outside was peaceful and the neighborhood was safe and secure. This place will be our number one go to whenever we return in the future. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this place.”

The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
