“I stayed at Bre's place for almost 1 week with my colleague. The place was perfect for what we needed and Bre even provided quarters for the washer in the apartment complex which was very thoughtful of her and appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and we were very comfortable, we would definitely stay there again.”

She even sent someone over with coins when I discovered they weren't on the table. Overall a great experience and Bre is a professional. Parking was easy and it was in a great location, walkable to transit and the circle in Elmwood Park. Also a very short drive to restaurant row!”

Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
