La casa bastante amplia, las habitaciones son un poco calurosas, la cocina tiene lo que necesitas muy bien equipada, el área de la piscina estuvo genial y tiene varias cosas para divertirse en ella, la barbacoa genial nos habíamos quedado sin gas y ellos lo reemplazaron, hay que estar pendiente es de los sonidos altos porque mandan msj y temprano (no como usualmente es hasta 12m tienes que bajar el volumen temprano) tienes los supermercados (Walmart Sams gas station) a 5min para cualquier cosa que necesites comprar, está desde 35min a 40min las playas (st pete beach, Anna maria, coquina beach). “We had an amazing stay at this house! There was so much to do, and everyone in our group had a great time. The pool was definitely a favorite, and we loved having the pickleball court, mini golf, pool table, and grill right on the property. The movie theater was such a fun bonus we even watched a FIFA World Cup game in there! The house itself is beautiful. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed, and we loved how it opens up to the living and dining areas through the interior window. It made the space feel very connected and perfect for a large group. Everyone had comfortable beds, and the kids absolutely loved the themed kids' room with the slide. It kept them entertained the entire trip. The location was also very convenient. Walmart, gas stations, and other essentials are right around the corner. The nearest beaches are about a 20-minute drive away, and Anna Maria Island is close by as well. We also found some great restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this place.”

“The house was perfect for our family vacation for a group of 12. Communication was great regarding a couple small issues that were addressed immediately . I’d recommend a few more pots/pans and storage for for large groups, but we purchased them and left a few. We also purchased extra laundry soap, trash bags, and paper towels to get through the week. The beds were super comfortable and my sister even bought a couple of the pillows so she can have some when we get home. Our teens loved the theater room and the heated pool was so amazing! I’d stay again!”

“Absolutely beautiful home. Had 12 people there and it was not crowded in the least bit. Loved being able to have movie night in the theater and sitting outside by the fire pit. The pool was perfect and the whole home had so much to do. We do alot of family vacations and everyone said this was their favorite home so far. Will definitely book this home again in the near future. Host is really fast at responding and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home and this host”

The final night, our team got a bit too loud and I received a very nice courtesy call to keep it down. We were sorry about the disturbance and they handled it well. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
