“We loved our stay! Due to record heat in Phoenix we spent lots of time in the pool, it was gorgeous. Loved the privacy of the back yard. Beautiful landscaping, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, huge home for our family to spread out… we could’ve stayed with another family and still had room. My kids had fun playing ping pong and the games in the game cabinet. I’m not that familiar with the area, but enjoyed being close to the mountains and seeing palm trees everywhere we looked. Can’t wait to return.”

If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
