“I liked it very much and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood seemed very quiet, and there were convenient places nearby for shopping and sightseeing. The only thing I found somewhat inconvenient about the area was the parking situation. Finding a place to park the car was quite difficult and inconvenient, as we often had to leave it three blocks away from the building. After spending the day exploring and walking around the city, the walk back became quite exhausting.”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
