“What I liked: The space was as descibed and overall very comfortable. Almost everything I needed was there, and the few things that were missing were very quickly resolved by the host. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location, and would (and likely will) stay here again. What I wasn't fond of/may be an issue: The bed is very low to the ground. I didn't care for it but wasn't an issue for me. However, this could be a big issue for some folks depending on their mobility. There's very little closet space and no dresser/wardrobe to place clothing (there's plenty of space for this). Lack of this would be inconvenient for those with a longer stay. I could have done without the knick-knacks and fake plants. I get why they're placed for staging pics, but they serve no functional purpose and were just something I needed to move out of the way. The bathroom window was very drafty due to a makeshift, hard plastic cover that did not properly fit the window.”

“I had a wonderful three-month stay and would absolutely recommend this place. The co-host team and landlord were consistently responsive and helpful whenever anything came up or when I needed clarification. Communication was smooth and made my long-term stay feel easy and stress-free. Street parking was always easy to find, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very walkable. You’re close to Kroger, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Jimmy John’s, USPS, a nail salon, and a park with a riverfront walking trail. It’s also about a one-mile walk to the Addison L stop, making it convenient to get around. I also recommend checking out Chief O’Neill’s Irish Pub for a great meal. The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The mattress was especially comfy, which made a big difference during a long stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay again.”

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM local time; check-out is 10:00 AM local time. Any changes require written approval.
What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
