“After many hours of traveling, being tired and exhausted from a Convention, it was nice to be able to check in with little to no fuss at all. Everything in the home was lovely, rustic, and very welcoming. There were no concerns about laying our heads on the first night and the morning was just as good and carried on throughout our stay. We had a great view of the Lake from the front porch, that I and my friends spent many hours just chatting it up there as our favorite spot while enjoying nature around us. Many deer approached us for corn or feed that you can find at the local stores to give them, and there were plenty of resturants to enjoy too. Great spot for take pictures and making memories. Checkout was clear and to the point and very easy to do. Highly recommend this location if you want to escape to a quiet, outdoor area with a great view of the lake and surrounded by nature and friendly people.”

The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
