“The place was perfect for what we needed. We had 6 couples for a wedding weekend and spent the day Saturday hanging in the wonderful pool area. The backyard is a fantastic spot and we had a ton of fun. Everything was very clean. The hot water wasn't working in one of the rooms but they eventually came and fixed it. My only complaint is there was a bit of nickel and diming. These fees are listed in the fine print, but you have to inquire via message for the amounts. Just make sure you read carefully! Overall would stay here again with a big crew. Clutch spot with 4 showers for timely getting ready periods.”

“The house was great and just like the photos. The outdoor furniture was great and the backyard is really the spotlight of the place. The only issues we had were that some of the tvs in the bedrooms wouldn’t hold the wifi connection. we were given the wifi name and told it had no password, but when we got there we realized there was no wifi with that name. it was easy enough to figure out as the router was right in the living room with the password printed on the box. some outlets were also spotty and didn’t always work. the place was pretty clean, but if we walked around barefoot our feet would be black. but overall the place was great and we’d definitely stay again. one thing to note that’s not obvious from the photos is that one bedroom is wedged between two other bedrooms with no other way to access it without going through one of the other bedrooms. this wasn’t an issue for us as we had a small group and didn’t need to use that room, but something larger groups may want to note.”

Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge.
