“We had a great stay here while in Houston for my sister’s MMA fight at Imagine Venues. We chose this place because it was the perfect middle point between the airport and the venue, and the location truly couldn’t have been better. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Amanda was very responsive and helpful especially when we had a small issue with parking in the driveway. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, and we felt safe and comfortable the entire time we were there. This location is super convenient.. Walmart, food delivery, and Uber were all very accessible, which made getting around really easy. The listing was accurate and exactly as described, and the space worked really well for our group. For the location and size, the price was honestly the best we could have found. The only thing we wished for was a coffee pot, but that’s on me for not checking ahead of time. Overall, communication was great, the location was perfect, and we would absolutely stay here again.”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
