“The place seems better suited for the winter time. It’s a garden unit so it can feel pretty dark. It gets the job done though if needing a place to stay for work but I would remove “luxury” from the description. It’s not a place you’re going to want to hang out in during the summer but if you have plans & will utilize the unit to get ready for the day & sleep, it works great. It was clean but the environment where the unit is located smells slightly like a motel 6 with a little stale & smokey smell. The Unit itself was clean though. Comfortable bed & couch, parking spot is a huge plus, fairly easy to transit into the city. I loved that quarters were provided for the laundry room. Great perk there!”

“The stay at this location went well! The apartment looked just like the pictures and the description was spot on. Was right off a main road, and easy to find. Plenty of grass areas to walk dogs and was across from a wooded area. Little noise from upstairs neighbors, but everyone is respectful of the quiet times. Host and property manager were excellent in communicating and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay! For the price and location, this stay was exactly what we needed.”

Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
