“The apartment is set up like a polished extended-stay hotel. The photos are accurate, there is stylish furniture, and a fully equipped new kitchen with an oven, large fridge, and coffee maker. It was clean and had everything you’d need for a comfortable longer stay. I was annoyed that the living room blinds were broken and simply need replacing. Corporate-managed, so don’t expect personal touches (early check-in was $70 and they were pushing for a review) but the space itself is great for the price.”

“Super cute and nicely renovated space. It looked exactly like the pictures and Ella covers all of the little details. There is laundry in the building. I didn’t have to use it but I noticed that Ella left quarters for the laundry in case needed which I thought was super thoughtful of her. I enjoyed the space. It was very quiet and cozy. I felt super safe which is important to me when traveling alone. Ella was so helpful and responsive which I also really appreciated. It was a great stay. Thanks Ella 🙂”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
