“The host was very friendly and answer right away. Everything was clean. I just had a problem with the lock that the keys were. They are two locks. One who has the keys and another one who is attached to the box and both had serial of numbers. And no one told me that it was two. Until I figure out. And even the clean staff was not able to find the keys as well after I check out. I will like to recommend to removed one of the locks so it will be easier to check in. Besides that it was great! also when you get the instructions for check out. They dont have a dishwasher lol I got crazy looking for that lol But the place is clean. The bed was very comfy. And pillows as well. Love it. And it was a quite area.”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
