“Cozy, super clean, cottage on the owner's property. Great for 1 person or a couple for a quick getaway. (I stayed there for 20 days) Brand new stainless steel appliances with a gas stove & clean new furnishings. Nice shower with a spray nozzle. Bedding & towels were good, no microfiber cheap sheets! Easy access to & from I-10. HEB Grocery store 3 minutes away. Enjoyed my stay there & loved the owner - she is very helpful, kind and super sweet. I will miss her. Parking is in front of her house. Just remember to hit the # button upon leaving & be sure you hear the lock say "locked". I had trouble with it because the management company did not tell me to do that. Wonderful stay there!! Thank you.”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
