“Great place to stay in Chicago! It’s a great neighborhood, a little further out if you’re going to be in the downtown area, but it still worked great for us. Beds were very comfortable. Street parking was difficult for us at check in (we arrived around 6:30 pm), but we were able to park and did not have any issues after that. Ella and Peter were easy to get a hold of and were very helpful!”

“This apartment was beautiful! It was exactly as described. It was on the third floor, and it was very spacious and open. The laundry was in the basement and used quarters which we didn’t know before hand but it wasn’t a big deal, we were still able to do laundry without a problem. It was also directly across from a cemetery which we found pretty cool. We saw a coyote out there one morning it was quite beautiful. It was a very close drive to the Chicago O’Hare airport and there were lots of stores and restaurants in a close vicinity. It was great neighborhood and the hosts were very accommodating. Thank you for hosting us, we had a lovely time.”

Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
