Nestled in a serene and safe neighborhood, this clean and luxurious home offers an idyllic retreat for your stay.
It was a very nice neighborhood. Nice backyard and plenty of space for sure. Comes with all the necessities you need ....will look for this again next year when we come back!

“I would recommend this place, to anyone with a group of 6 or more, even if you desire. Host is right that house can sleep up to 10 but you to pull out couches. We went to my son graduation at Wheaton college, which is next city, about 15 minutes aeay with with 8 family members. The place does have 3 bedrooms 2 baths. but be the 3rd bedroom is the basement unit. Nicely set up and there is a pull out cough. This could be a hang out space if not needed as a bedroom. there are other pull out couches in the leaving room. Be aware if you travel with peopke who have difficulty with step ups, high curb. There is a 3 steps stairs to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom area and at least 4 steeper steps to basement area, the both have rails though but not for your older folks. the inside dining area is small but outside one can sit more depending on whether. overall very nice place to stay. The host responds quickly and addresses any issues promptly.”

The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
