“had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta! The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the highlights was the beautiful river view, which created such a calm and serene atmosphere. Waking up in the morning and listening to the birds by the river was incredibly peaceful, and enjoying a coffee on the terrace in the afternoon was just perfect. The pool was also a great feature — very nice and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind and relax. Our host Olivia was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming everything felt upon arrival. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!”

“The Airbnb was very nice. Our family enjoyed the spaciousness and quiet. The place is as it looks in the pictures and we would stay there again.. We had a few issues upon arrival…numerous lights out and Pack and Play/Travel crib not there for use even after we requested and were told it would be there. The owners, Craig and Obed, who live locally were quick to take care of the issues , as Amanda and Brooks who are only the listing agents were unsuccessful.”

“The views from this home are stunning.Four of us enjoyed sitting in comfortable outdoor chairs on the massive wrap-around deck.We like that the property is fully gated, has front security men that are personable, and the cats friendly. We appreciate that the kitchen has a Reverse Osmosis system providing clean drinking water and saving us from having to haul bottles. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms with showers are large. We chose to stay in this area because its walkable to the Malecon. There were a couple of snags along the way. When we arrived, the front security staff hadn’t been informed by the host that we were coming early to drop off our bags. They worked it out for us. Also, the Wi-Fi didn't work for us a lot of the time and the problem did not get resolved during our stay. Overall we recommend the property.”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
