“Mayas cabin is absolutely stunning I loved staying here for my “girls gone mild” bachelorette !!! The view is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. The only thing I would say is that the water didn’t stay hot for very long. There was only 4 of us there and we did have to space out our showers and we were unable to take a bath. But the host did say they would address this before other guests stay. Otherwise our experience was perfect and so lovely and I would absolutely recommend.”

Driveway is very steep-would recommend vehicles equipped to handle that kind of incline. View was beautiful. Small updates like new towels, touch up paint on walls, and stains cleaned from basement carpet would go a long way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM local time; check-out is 10:00 AM local time. Any changes require written approval.
What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
