“Loved this place! Beach access is roughly 20 steps from the gate to the sand. The pool was warm and clean. John’s Pass was an easy 10 min walk (if that) with lots of shops and restaurants close by! The shower was amazing…. great water pressure. Also the place smelled really good! The host was very responsive to any questions/requests and we felt safe with our individualized door code plus two extra locks on the door (the area itself is quiet and safe already but just for good measure). There were a couple beach towels in the unit and were told they have beach packages available upon request (assuming that’s an umbrella, chairs, etc). Overall loved this cute place and would stay again!!”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
