“Bre and Parker as well as the property management team were excellent hosts. They were extremely responsive and always checking in on us throughout our stay. The street parking is tough in the neighborhood after 4-5pm fyi. The upstairs neighbors were noisy at times but that’s just apartment living! The neighborhood was quiet, the hosts were great, and the laundry and trash situation was accessible and easy. Thank you Bre and Parker (and management) for a wonderful stay.”

“This was a nice place to stay! It was cozy, felt safe, and was easy to find and access. I brought my dog with me and the neighborhood was very walkable. Bre was very friendly and responsive. However, there were a few things missing. There were no kitchen towels or a dish drying rack (no dishwasher), and more basic cleaning supplies would have been nice as my mom and I stayed there for nearly a week. Given it was winter, the floors got especially dirty rather quickly, and we had no way to clean them. There was very little laundry detergent also. The chairs for the dining room table could have used some fixing, too, because they were wobbly, and the bedrooms got quite hot with no fans. Overall, this is a good place for a short stay! A few improvements would make it a good place for a longer stay.”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
