“We so enjoyed our time at this house! We are a family of bakers and had so much fun, sharing recipes and cooking in the fabulous kitchen! Everything you might need was there! There were even food staples that were left from previous guests that we didn’t have to go out and buy ! The Keurig coffee pot along with k cups was a big plus… the lanai and pool area had lots of places to sit and lounge. The furniture in the living room was gorgeous as well as comfortable, and the beds were fabulous! Would highly recommend!”

“Well, this host tried to hit me with a $275 damages fee 2 weeks after my stay for items that were not caused by us. There was only me and my guest staying and we didn’t use the third bedroom. They are claiming there was excessive cleaning required and that we caused damage to the property which is not true, it was part of normal use. Example, they are charging a fee for leaving a pool towel outside. They are also saying that we caused mold to grow in the fridge water dispenser when we didn’t even use the dispenser and the water could have been sitting from the previous tenant. They also are saying that we left a stain on the mattress which looks old and yellow. There was a thick layer of dust on everything. There were also cockroaches that we had to kill. This property is not well maintained. We liked it because of the pool and quiet location but dealing with a host that nickel and dimes for normal use is not it. Glad I took after photos right at checkout. Renters beware.”

Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
