“This was a charming house that made me think of an old time Keys house and was designed around the property’s amazing views of the ocean. It is a quiet, peaceful location, close to parks, activities, and Key West. We enjoyed coffee daily from the Morning Joint just down the street. Host was very responsive and checked in with us several times.”

Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
