“House was great. Had everything we needed and more. Only upside was that the light fixtures had spiderwebs on them and they were the one on the dining room tables. Dust on windows. Overall a great place, specially the pool. We loved the pool and backyard as well.”

“A Beautiful home, perfect for our family of 12 to get together—-from ages 1 to 60, we all enjoyed this home. This kids especially loved the pool and TV room. Communication with our host was the best we’ve ever had. Quick responses. My only suggestion for those renting with a large party, would be to bring more linens. (Towels and blankets). I think the only thing that would’ve made this stay better is washer/dryer in the unit. With so many of us, the pool and small children…it would have been convenient to be able to wash towels and such. The home was in a GREAT location and very safe neighborhood. We even met friendly neighbors out on their morning walk who were very polite. Check in and out was SO EASY. We will definitely be looking to book here again and would highly recommend to large groups. Plenty of space with a beautiful backyard to enjoy.”

Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
