“Overall great say. The house is very clean and quiet. The pictures match the description and is one of the nicest airbnb Ive stayed in . There were a couple issues at check in and pool maintenance . Ella did show concern but no answers were given and check in ( never received a door code)and waited 30 mins to check in after 4pm. Just an FYI ella is not in state and they have a "team" in tampa I guess. Overall the house itself is a major selling point and the absolute quietness we needed to recharge . I would 100 percent stay again but there were hiccups with property management .”

If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout.
