“I absolutely loved my stay here. The home was super clean and perfect for families—especially those with kids. There were toys available, which was such a blessing since traveling with children often means leaving some of their toys behind. My child was entertained the entire stay! The AC worked great, the kitchen had every utensil we could possibly need, and the whole place was very well maintained. I also appreciated how easy it was to manage trash—there are designated trash days, so throwing things away was a breeze. Another detail I really valued was the carbon monoxide detector. It gave us peace of mind, especially since many kitchens in El Salvador use propane stoves, but this home had an electric stove, which felt even safer. We slept peacefully, and the neighborhood felt very safe with guards driving around at all hours. It’s also in a convenient location for Uber Eats and PedidosYa, which had no trouble finding us. This place was truly a godsend. I would definitely stay again”

The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
