“This house was just what we needed: proximity to both Boulder and Denver, enough bedrooms for everyone, a game room and office area in the basement, and a garage, all at an affordable price. While there were a couple of minor issues, the host team was responsive in a timely manner. As others have noted, while each could use a refresh both the kitchen and bathrooms are serviceable. We did not find the floors sticky as another review stated, but instead found the home clean and tidy. We did notice a few worn or broken items, but they did not impact our stay. We got exactly what we needed for the price, nothing more nothing less, and would certainly stay again.”

“The house was true to the photos and great to accommodate groups. We were 2 couples staying here but 8 people could comfortably stay here. The basement game room was a nice touch and a great place to congregate and hang out. There were plenty of clean towels and linens. The kitchen is a nice size and has all of the basic tools you need to cook. There is also a garage to park in, which was nice. The location is very near a Costco and grocery store which was nice for picking up supplies. The house was pet friendly and has a nice size yard that our dogs loved. The location is also great for walking, with or without dogs, as it's near a nice trail connecting 2 small parks. It's also only a 10 minute drive from a huge open space dog park. The host was very communicative and anytime we had questions or issues, they responded extremely quickly. Overall, I'd recommend this place, especially for multiple people or families or if you're traveling with pups.”
