The area was a safe and quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and accommodated us since our stay was extended more than once. Place felt like our home away from home as soon as we walked in through the door. All the beds were awesome to have; AND the Street Fighter arcade style set up was nostalgic. “The place is in a great neighborhood (quiet and safe). The listing advertised a washer and dryer but omitted it’s a coin operated unit ($7 to wash and dry) and only one machine for 6 units. We rented for over a month and fortunately we had relatives near by where we could wash our clothes -I felt that listing a W/D in unit but omitting the fee for usage was a bit deceptive. We were locked out of the unit on several occasions with an error message of “operation failed”. The check out time is listed as 11am but our door code was deactivated promptly at 10am (twice). There is no sound proofing between the unit above us and we could literally hear everything going on between us and the upstairs unit. The shower had a hot water restrictor that prohibits proper water flow so be prepared to have a very low water pressure shower. The host was responsive but only reached out to check on our stay upon checkout mentioning her pay is dependent on a 5 star review I felt this was a bit manipulative”

Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
