“One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, exactly like the pictures. It was enough to accommodate 4 people, and had everything we needed. The bed was heaven to sleep in!! Also really close to Johnnies Beef, I went there almost every night for a sandwich :) The host was very helpful as well, I really appreciated their attentiveness and service. Even after my stay I received a personal text from them, thanking me for staying at their place. If I ever find myself in Chicago again, I’ll be sure to book with this host again 🩵”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
