“We had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly spacious description was 100% accurate. One bonus for us was the pool table (not full size but perfect for the space) and ping pong table, which kept everyone entertained. The internet was perfect; the kids were streaming without any issues while others were gaming. The location is excellent since it's so close to the lakefront. I love to walk, and the path was great even in the snow. The house is near south shore drive which is lake shore drive so accessing the city and museum scene was convenient. A few of us made the 13 minute drive to the casino as well. Even with being near transportation, the house is on a very quiet block, so we got some great rest. The home was spotless when we arrived, parking was easy, and the host was very easy to reach. Highly recommend this spot for ease of access to entertainment and getting to and from downtown. We will definitely book again.”

What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
