“Our group of 12 enjoyed having a spacious home to gather for the weekend, and the location was convenient with easy access to grocery stores, CVS, and other nearby essentials. Since it’s in the city, there was some street noise at night, but nothing we found overwhelming. One thing to note is that the home has multiple levels (about five flights of stairs), including to access all of the bathrooms, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility limitations. For the price, we expected a higher level of cleanliness and attention to detail. We ended up washing some of the bedding before use, found several kitchen utensils to be dirty or broken, and some advertised amenities were missing or not in usable condition. If you plan to cook, I’d recommend bringing your own utensils or disposable cookware. After our stay, we shared our experience with the host, who was responsive and said they would address these concerns. If resolved, we would consider staying here again.”

“Great stay. Casey was very responsive from the beginning. The electricity went out the first evening and Casey got in touch with the property manager quickly to resolve the problem. The house was spacious, cozy, and exactly as described. It was mostly clean other than the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. I found a napkin in between the quilt and top bed sheet and could tell the fitted sheet and pillow cases were unwashed despite the bed being neatly made. Luckily, there is in unit washer/dryer (although very little detergent left). The lower-level bathroom also had soap residue on the shower floor. There are four floors total and the rest were clean. I was concerned with street parking but there were plenty spaces available (note: 3 hour limit Mon-Fri 6am to 6pm). Overall, issues were minor. Would definitely come back.”

“The place was very spacious and as pictured! We enjoyed the home a lot. We would definitely stay there again. There are minor addictions that should be made including full length mirrors and upgraded TVs, but that didn’t really take away from the stay! Casey and her team were very responsive throughout the duration of our trip. Check in was super easy and convenient! Great spot for a large group. We were a group of 10 and never felt congested or on top of one another. Also, the hot water never ran out in any of the 5 bathrooms, which was a big plus! And the washing machine and drier was really convenient!”

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM local time; check-out is 10:00 AM local time. Any changes require written approval.
What is the cancellation policy?
Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
