“We found a treasure. This place is beautiful and very convenient to the beaches of englewood and manisota key. Great restaurants located close by and lots of shops to stock the place up if you are cooking/eating at home. The furnishings are clean and beautiful and the pool/card games/ping pong and pool Tables have us the opportunity to bond as a family after our beach time. Blind pass beach was the beach we visited and found tons of shark teeth and cool sea shells. Very quick, convenient drive. We will definitely return and plan to share this find with friends :-) thx for a great stay!!”

The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in, when the 3.5% card processing fee is non-refundable and everything else you paid is refunded in full; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.
When do I pay, and is there a security deposit?
If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (2 days before check-out, or the day before check-in for a 1-night stay); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
