Standard check-in is 4:00 PM local time; check-out is 10:00 AM local time. Any changes require written approval.

Two rates are offered. The non-refundable rate is final: no refund once confirmed. The refundable rate costs 8% more on the nightly subtotal and can be cancelled for a full refund until 23:59 UTC 30 days before check-in; after that it is non-refundable. Stays starting within 30 days are offered at the non-refundable rate only. Review the full booking terms before paying.

If check-in is more than 60 days away, you pay 50% in secure Stripe checkout and the balance is charged automatically to the same card 60 days before check-in; if it is sooner, the full total is due at checkout. Your agreement also authorizes a separate $500 security deposit hold shortly before or during your stay (typically the day before check-in; for stays of 5 nights or more, no later than 3 days before check-out); it is not an immediate charge. Government-issued ID is required.
